Return Policy

DIY Home Center Return Policy

We're committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your peace of mind

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, both for online and in-store purchases. Seasonal / Holiday merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Cut merchandise is non returnable
  • Custom mixed paint is non returnable
  • All gas powered products must be taken to an authorized service center, we are unable to accept returns of these products.
  • No returns will be accepted for closeout merchandise.
  • Proof of Purchase is required for all returns: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip, when returning an item.
  • Refund Method: We issue refunds in the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card, while cash purchases may be refunded in cash or via store credit at the store's discretion.

Online Returns:

To initiate an online return, visit your nearest DIY Home Center store.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain products may have specific return limitations due to safety reasons or manufacturer policies. These include Chemicals, Custom tinted paint, Seasonal items, Clearance items, Tire Chains, Generators, Paint Sprayers, and customized products. If you have any doubts about the return eligibility of a product, please contact us directly.
